Testing Office 2016. Upgraded from 2010. Almost all of my Test-Users are complaining about the color-scheme/theme, and mostly about the fact that folders in Outlook no longer gets BOLD when having unread items. We miss this sorely. Yes - the folders show the number of unread items, but this number has a rather weak color, and can get overlooked easily, especially with the DarkGrey-theme. My Goolge-fu tells me that the UI design is similar if not identical with Outlook 2013. So no amount of grumblings and/or Support tickets from angry Users/Admins has had any effect the past years. In this Search Folder, all our Unread Messages will be displayed. If we want to delete the predefined Search Folder, which we created, all we All the above commands along with others, can be done also from the Folder tab, and from the area of the ribbon named Folder as shown in the image below. According to this article, it looks like Outlook 2011 for Mac does not have this functionality. Let's hope that Microsoft adds support in a dot release. How do I keep unread emails on the top of Outlook 2016? Also - there is no fix. I wish we could get folder bolding back, or at least some themes with better contrast, or the option to change the font/color of the numeral showing the number of unread items. (And do away with the unnecessary wide line-space between folders too) Do any of you feel the same way, or am I just getting old and grumpy.;) Cheers to all, UlleTheBulle UlleTheBulle. Hi Winnie, You misunderstand me - it's not the ITEMS in a Folder, but the FOLDER itself, I want to show a bold: When you have selected a folder (Outlook 2016), it turns bold - regardless of having any unread Items. I miss that the folder stays bold as long as there are unread items inside. Yes, I know there's a number next to the folder, showing the number of unread items inside, but that is not enough I think. And with the DarkGrey look of Outlook, it's even harder to see if a folder contains unread items. Hi, Sorry for my misunderstanding. Bold the Outlook folders that have unread message is not available in Outlook 2016 currently. Formats that supported are listed as below: Convert songs in AMR, MKA, WMA, MP3, etc for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Iphone transfer for mac review. There is no settings in Outlook to do the changes for it. The Outlook folder only be bold when you click on it. I am not sure if this feature would be added back in Outlook.
